Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– It must be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@iapelle.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:
– Your order number
– The reason for your return
Return Shipping
Once your return request is received, we will provide:
– A return shipping label
– Instructions on how to send your item back
Note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact your bank or credit card company to check the status of the refund.
